Addressing Alert Report Issues

To address the Alerts Report Issues:

  1. Select the relevant issue in the Alerts Report list.

    The issue is highlighted in the Schedule.

    Example: In the example below, Bob is assigned to more than the maximum number of Shifts per Schedule for an Employee. Select his name on the list. Bob’s Shifts in the Schedule are highlighted.

  2. Correct the selected issue.

NOTE: Not all alerts in the Alert Report need to be corrected. In the example below, the alert shows that the Employee has been assigned to his Secondary Skill. The Organization can choose to leave the Employee to fill the Position in the Shift as configured, or replace the Employee, and assign him to another Shift, where he will be assigned according to his Primary Skill.
