Configuring Daily Schedules Shifts Templates
Day Schedule (Shift) Templates, are configured from the Templates field of the Main window.
IMPORTANT: Each Shift Template configuration relates only to the type of Employee (Position/Skill) defined in the Shift. The same Shift must be configured for each type of Employee (Position/Skill) needed for the Shift.
Example: Define a Shift as the morning Shift, starting from 08:00 until 14:00, to be run by one manager (Position/Skill). After configuring the Shift, configure the same Shift details, that is, a morning Shift starting from 08:00 until 14:00, but replace the managers details (Position/Skill) with other types of Employees (Position/Skill) needed for the Shift, such as bartenders, waiters, and so on.
