Configuring Schedules

Schedules are configured in the Schedules window. Prior to configuring Schedules, review Employees Requests regarding the Schedule in Reports (see Employees Requests by Name), ensuring that all Employees Requests comply with the rules, or to remind Employees to enter Requests, and so on.

Fulfill the following Conditions prior to configuring Schedules:

Selecting the Week
Adding Templates
Modifying Schedules
Assigning Employees to Shifts
Preventing Employees from being Assigned to Schedules
Creating a Schedule
Reviewing the Alerts Report
Managing Vacancies in a Shift
Relaxing Rules
Publishing Schedules
