Customer Settings are accessed from the Main window. The following details are configured in Customer Settings:
Customer Details. Configure and modify (edit) Customer Details such as name, address and so on.
Password Settings. Configure and modify (edit) Usernames and Passwords to set level of Employee authorized to access the program and its settings.
Several types of Employees are authorized to access the program and its settings. Each type of Employee has a different level of access to the program and authority to configure and edit data.
Administrator. The Administrator can access the website, enter employees requests, send and receive e-mails, and view contact lists published on the website. The Administrator has access to the software, and has authorization to change the program’s basic settings.
Manager. The Manager can access the website. The Manager has access to the software, but does not have authorization to change the program’s basic settings.
