De-activating Employees

The Organisation can deactivate Employees without deleting Employees details.The program will not take de-activated Employees into account when scheduling Shifts.

Deactivate Employees from the Employees field in the Main window.

To deactivate Employees:

  1. Select the Employees field in the Main window.

    The All Essentials Employees Details window opens.

  2. Select the Employee who will be deactivated.

  3. Select Deactivate.

The Employee is deactivated.The Employees name appears faded in the screen, and the Activate tab appears.
