Deleting All Employees from a Specific Shift in the Day Shift

NOTE: Employees can be added manually to and from the Day Shift Template by dragging their names from the Employee List pane of the Weekly Schedule Template window, to the Day Shift pane of the Weekly Schedule Template. This option is utilized when selected Employees are included in the relevant Shift on a permanent basis, and by adding their names to the Shift in the Day Template, the chosen Employees will be appear in all configured Schedules containing the relevant Day Template.

To Delete All Employees from a Specific Shift in the Day Shift Template:

  1. Navigate to: Main>Templates.

    The Weekly Schedule Template window opens.

  2. Select the Shift containing the Employees to be deleted, and click.

    The Shift containing the Employee List in the Day Shift pane is highlighted, and the values in the Shift Actions pane are enabled.

  3. Select Remove Employees in the Shift Actions pane.

    The Confirmation window opens.

  4. Click OK.

The Confirmation window closes, and All Employees are deleted from the Shift.

NOTE: Employees in the other Shifts are not deleted.
