Employees Request Type defines the hierarchy, or importance, attributed to the different types of Employees Shifts Requests, and the Employers authority to deny types of Shift Requests for Employees.
Example: Configure whether Employees can request not to be placed in selected Shifts, such as the night Shift.
Two Request Types are available only to Employers, that is, Administrator Rank for “cannot” and "Important that will do".
The remaining Rest Types are available to Employees, at the Employers discretion.
Once configured, select the required Request Types for Employees in Configuring Employees Details.
