Modifying Groups

To Modify Groups:

  1. Select the Employees Settings field in the Welcome tree of the Main window.

    The Employees Settings window opens.

  2. Select the Employee Groups field in the Employees Settings window.

    The Employees Position/Ranks/Groups window opens.

  3. Select the Pencil icon in the Description pane.

    The Description field opens.

  4. Modify the Group name.

  5. Select the Check icon.

The modified Group value appears in the Description pane.
