New Employees Default Settings
Configure rules and settings for the amount of Employees Shifts per schedule, and rest hours between Shifts, from the Employees Settings field in the Welcome pane of the Main window.
To Configure Rules and Settings for the Amount of Employees Shifts Allowed per Schedule, and Rest Hours between Shifts:
Select the Employees Settings field in the Welcome tree of the Main window.

Select the New Employee Default Settings field in the Employees Settings window.

Select the Number of Mandatory Hours that Employees must Rest between a Shift, and the Following Shift in the next day Schedule:
Select the arrow in the Rest Requirement field.

b. Select the required value from the Rest Requirement dropdown menu.
The Rest Requirement drop-down menu closes, and the selected Mandatory Rest Hours value for Employees between Shifts appears in the Rest Requirement field.
4. Select the amount of Preferred Rest Hours for the Employees between a Shift, and the following Shift in the next day Schedule:
Select the arrow in the Rest Preference field.

b. Select the required value from the Rest Preference dropdown menu.
The Rest Preference drop-down menu closes, and the selected Preferred Rest Hours value for Employees between Shifts appears in the Rest Preference field.
5. Select the Maximum number of Shifts that the Employees can work per Schedule:
Select the arrow in the Max Shifts per Schedule field.

Select the required value from the Max Shifts per Schedule dropdown menu.
The Max Shifts per Schedule dropdown menu closes, and the selected Maximum Shifts value for Employees per Schedule appears in the Max Shifts per Schedule field.
Select the arrow in the Min Shifts per Schedule field.

Select the required value from the Min Shifts per Schedule dropdown menu.
The Min Shifts per Schedule dropdown menu closes, and the selected minimum Shifts value for Employees per Schedule appears in the Min Shifts per Schedule field.
Select the arrow in the Amount of Shifts Preferred per Schedule field.

Select the required value from the Amount of Shifts Preferred per Schedule dropdown menu.
The Amount of Shifts Preferred per Schedule dropdown menu closes, and the selected preferred amount of Shifts for Employees per Schedule value appears in the Amount of Shifts Preferred per Schedule field.
Scroll down the Employee Default Settings window with the scroll bar to the Maximum amount of Double Shifts pane.
Select the arrow in the Max Double Shifts per Schedule field.

Select the required value from the Amount of Shifts Preferred per Schedule dropdown menu.
The Amount of Shifts Preferred per Schedule dropdown menu closes, and the Maximum amount of Shifts value for Employees per Schedule appears in the Amount of Shifts Preferred per Schedule field.
Scroll down the Employee Default Settings window with the scroll bar to the Double Shifts field.
Select the arrow in the Doubles Priority field.

Select the required value from the Doubles Priority dropdown menu.
The Doubles Priority dropdown menu closes, and the Double Shifts priority value for Employees appears in the Doubles Priority field.
The Data Successfully Saved confirmation message appears, and the Employee Default Settings are saved.
