Configure Usernames and Password Settings for personal authorised to access the program and settings, from the Customer Settings tab in the Welcome pane of the Main window.

To Configure Password Settings:
Select the Customer Settings tab in the Welcome tree of the Main window.

Select the System Passwords field in the Customer Settings pane.

Enter an Administrator name in the Administrator web interface username field.
Enter a Password for the Administrator in the Administrator web interface password field.
Enter the selected Password for the Administrator in the Administrator web interface confirmation password field.
Enter a Password for the Administrator in the Administrator software password field.
Enter the Password for the Administrator in the Administrator software confirmation password field.
Enter a Password for the Manager in the Manager software password field.
Enter the selected Password for the Manager in the Manager software confirmation password field.
Enter a Password for the Shift Manager in the Shift Manager software password field.
Enter the Password for the Shift Manager in the Shift Manager software confirmation password field.
Select Save.
The Username and Password settings are saved and the Data successfully saved notice appears.
