Configure settings (Rules) to regulate Employees Requests, from the Employee Settings tab in the Welcome pane of the Main window. These Rules govern Employees Requests concerning Shifts, such as the latest Employees can place a Shift Request, and so on.
To Configure Settings (Rules) Regulating Employees Shifts Requests:
1. Select the Employees Settings tab in the Welcome tree of the Main window.

2. Select the Regulate Employee Requests field in the Employee Settings window.

3. Configure the Last Day that Employees can Enter Requests concerning Shifts:The Employees Basic Request Settings window opens.

Select the arrow in the Last Day that Employees can Enter Requests field.

Select the required value from the Last Day that Employees can Enter Requests dropdown menu.
The Last Day that Employees can Enter Requests drop down menu closes, and the selected Last Day that Employees can hand in a Shift Request appears in the Last Day that Employees can Enter Requests field.
Select the arrow in the Last Hour to Insert Request field.

Select the required value from the Last Hour to Insert Request dropdown menu.
The Last Hour to Insert Request dropdown menu closes, and the selected Last Hour to Insert a Shift Request appears in the Last Hour to Insert Request field.
Select the arrow in the Enter Requests for Future Period field.

Select the required value from the Enter Requests for Future Period dropdown menu:
0-Represents the coming Schedule (for example, a request concerning next week’s Schedule)
1- Represents the following Schedule (for example, a request concerning the Schedule for 2 week’s time)
2- Represents the Schedule after that of “1” above (for example, a request concerning the Schedule for 3 week’s time)
The Enter Requests for Future Period dropdown menu closes, and the selected Enter Requests for Future Period value appears in the Enter Requests for Future Period field.
6. To enable Employees to Explain their Shift Requests:
Select the check box in the Allow Employees to Write Note field.

7. To enable Employees to View their Requests in the Employee WebSite:The Employees will be able to explain their Shift Requests in the Add text note field (To enter Shift request see Employee Site>My Preferences>Add text note).
Select the check box in the View Fixed Requests field.

The Employees can view Shift Requests in the Employees WebSite.
8. To enable Employees to Select the Amount of Shifts they will have in a Schedule:
a. Select the check box in the Allow Employees to insert preferred number of Shifts field.

The Data Successfully Saved confirmation message appears, and the settings (Rules) configured in Employees Basic Request Settings are saved.
