Reports Listing Permanent Requests of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description
Create a report of permanent requests of all Employees sorted by job description.
To Create a Report Listing Permanent Requests of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description:
Navigate to Main>Reports>Employee Requests Detailed Listing.
The Employees Request Reports window opens.

Select the arrow in the Weekly Calender field.

The Weekly Calender drop-down menu opens.

Select the required Week value from the Weekly Calender drop-down menu.
The Weekly Calender drop-down menu closes, and the selected Week value appears in the Weekly Calender field.
Check the Only Permanent Requests button.
Check the All Employees Only button.
Check the Order by Employee Level button.

Select Get Report.

The report listing Permanent Requests of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description, is created.
Generate the Report Listing Permanent Requests of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description as a pdf file, save as an Excel file, or print the Report Listing Permanent Requests of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description, by selecting the required option in the Employees Requests Report window.
