Reports Listing Requests of All Employees Arranged in Alphabetical Order 

Create Employees Schedule Requests Reports, listing All Employees, arranged in alphabetical order, including both Employees who have placed Requests regarding the Weekly Schedule, and Employees who have not placed Requests regarding the Weekly Schedule.

To Create Reports Listing Requests of All Employees, Arranged in Alphabetical Order:

  1. Select the Reports field in the Main window.

    The Reports pane of the Main window opens.

  3. Select the Employee Requests View by Name field of the Reports pane.

    The Employees Requests Report window opens, the Show All Employees and Order by Name buttons checked as the default options.

    NOTE: Check the Show All Employees and Order by Name buttons if they are not checked.

  5. Select the arrow in the Weekly Calender field.

    The Weekly Calender drop-down menu opens.

  7. Select the required Week value from the Weekly Calender drop-down menu.

  8. The Weekly Calender drop-down menu closes, and the selected Week value appears in the Weekly Calender field.

  9. Select Get Report.

    The Report Listing Requests of All Employees, Arranged in Alphabetical Order, is created.

  11. Generate the Report Listing Requests of All Employees, Arranged in Alphabetical Order as a pdf file, save as an Excel file, or print the Report Listing Requests of All Employees, Arranged in Alphabetical Order, by selecting the required option in the Employees Requests Report window.
