Reports of Shifts Details of Employees, Sorted by Job Description

Create a report of shifts details of all Employees, sorted by job description.

To Create a Report of Shifts Details of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description:

  1. Navigate to: Main>Reports>Time Sheets.

  2. The Working Hours Report window opens.

  3. Select the Period that the Shifts Details Report refers to:

  1. Select a Start Date for the Period from the Starting From calender.

  3. Select an End Date for the Period from the Until calender.

  5. Check the Includes All Shifts Details button.

  6. Check the Order by Employee Level button.

  8. Select Get Report.

    The Report of Shifts Details of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description, is generated.

  10. Generate the Report of Shifts Details of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description as a pdf file, save as an Excel file, or print theReport of Shifts Details of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description, by selecting the required option in the Working Hours Report window.
