Shift Names

NOTE: To configure Shift Names, see Shift Names and Categories.

To configure Shift Names as a Shift Type:

1. Select the arrow in the Filter Type pane of the Day Filter window.

The Filter Type drop-down menu opens.

2. Select the By Shift Name value from the Filter Type drop-down menu.

The Filter Type drop-down menu closes, the By Shift Name value appears in the Filter Type pane,                                                                                           and the Shift fields appear in the Filter Type pane.

3. Select the arrow in the Shift 1 field.

The Shift 1 drop-down menu opens.

4. Select the required Shift Name value from the Shift 1 drop-down menu.

The Shift 1 drop-down menu closes, and the selected Shift Name value appears in the Shift 1 field.

5. Select the arrow in the Shift 2 field.

The Shift 2 drop-down menu opens.

6. Select the required Shift Name value from the Shift 2 drop-down menu.

The Shift 2 drop-down menu closes, and the selected Shift Name value appears in the Shift 2 field.

7. Select OK.

The expanded Filters window closes, and the Shift Name Type value appears in the Filter Type pane of the Filters window.
