Shift Time

To configure Shift Time as a Shift Type:

  1. Select the arrow in the Filter Type pane of the Day Filter window.

    2. The Filter Type drop-down menu opens.

  2. Select the Before The Shifts Beginning value from the Filter Type drop-down menu.

    3. The Filter Type drop-down menu closes, the Before The Shifts Beginning value appears in the Filter Type pane, and the Starting Time and Ending Time fields appear in the Filter Type pane.

  3. Select the arrow in the Hour Starting Time field.

    4. The Hour Starting Time drop-down menu opens.

  4. Select the required Hour Starting Time value from the Hour Starting Time drop-down menu.

    5. The Hour Starting Time drop-down menu closes, and the selected Hour Starting Time value appears in the Hour Starting Time field.

  5. Select the arrow in the Minute Starting Time field.

    6. The Minute Starting Time drop-down menu opens.

  6. Select the required Minute Starting Time value from the Minute Starting Time drop-down menu.

    7. The Minute Starting Time drop-down menu closes, and the selected Minute Starting Time value appears in the Minute Starting Time field.

  7. Select the arrow in the Hour Ending Time field.

    8. The Hour Ending Time drop-down menu opens.

  8. Select the required Hour Ending Time value from the Hour Ending Time drop-down menu.

    9. The Hour Ending Time drop-down menu closes, and the selected Hour Ending Time value appears in the Hour Ending Time field.

  9. Select the arrow in the Minute Ending Time field.

    10. The Minute Ending Time drop-down menu opens.

  10. Select the required Minute Ending Time value from the Minute Ending Time drop-down menu.

    11. The Minute Ending Time drop-down menu closes, and the selected Minute Ending Time value appears in the Minute Ending Time field.

  11. Select OK.

The expanded Filters window closes, and the By Shift Start Time Type value appears in the Filter Type pane of the Filters window.
