Select the View toggle in the Schedule window.
The View Modes menu opens.

Select the Short Table View mode from the View Options menu.
The Short Table View is an abbreviation of the Table View. The Schedule is displayed as a table, with the Shifts as Captions, and the number of employees assigned in each Shift or the number of vacancies in each Shift, but the names of the Employees do not appear in the Shifts.
To View the Schedule in Short Table View Mode:
Select the View toggle in the Schedule window.
The View Modes menu opens.

Select the Short Table View mode from the View Options menu.
The View Modes menu closes, and the Schedule is displayed in Short Table View mode.
