Summarised Shifts Details Report of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description
Create a summarised report of shifts details of Employees, sorted by job description. A summarised report does not include shifts details, such as the day and length of the shift, only the total amount of shifts and shifts hours.
To Publish a Summarized Shifts Report of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description:
Navigate to: Main>Reports>Time Sheets.
The Working Hours Report window opens.

Select the Period that the Summarized Shifts Report refers to:
Select a Start Date for the Period from the Starting From calender.

Select an End Date for the Period from the Until calender.

Check the Sums Only button.
Check the Order by Employee Level button.

Select Get Report.

The Summarised Shifts Report of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description, is created.
Generate the Summarised Shifts Report of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description, as a pdf file, save as an Excel file, or print the Summarised Summarised Shifts Report of All Employees, Sorted by Job Description, by selecting the required option in the Working Hours Report window.
