Select the View toggle in the Schedule window.
The View Modes menu opens.

Select the Table View mode from the View Modes menu.
In Table View mode, the Schedule is displayed as a table, with the Shifts as Table Captions, the names of the Employees in the Shifts and vacancies in theShifts listed under the Shift Captions.
To View the Schedule in Table View Mode:
Select the View toggle in the Schedule window.
The View Modes menu opens.

Select the Table View mode from the View Modes menu.
The View Modes menu closes, and the Schedule is displayed in Table View mode.
