Text Notes

Send Text Notes to All Employees together with the Schedule. Text Notes are displayed in the Employees Website (see Employees Web Site).

To Send a Schedule Note to Employees:

  1. Select the Communicate tab in the Schedule window.

    The Communicate dropdown menu opens.

  2. Select Schedule Note from the Communicate dropdown menu.

    The Schedule Note text box opens.

  3. Type the requested Schedule Note in the Schedule Note text box, and select OK.

The Schedule Note is published together with the Schedule.
