Active Employees displays active Employees only. For example, Employees on maternity leave or on vacation are not taken into account when configuring Schedules (to activate or de-activate Employees, see Activating Employees, De-activating Employees).
To View Active Employees in a Schedule:
Select Active Employees from the Employees Type menu in the Schedule window.
The active Employees are displayed in the Schedule.
