Select the Graphs toggle in the Schedule window.
The Graphs toggle is highlighted, and the Graph pane opens in the Schedule window, the day divided into half- hours.

Select a Shift from the Schedule.
To View Shifts as Graphs:
Select the Graphs toggle in the Schedule window.

Select a Shift from the Schedule.
The Assignments By Time field opens in the Graphs pane, displaying the selected Shift as a Graph. The Graph displays the number of Employees needed in a Shift, the number of Employees assigned to a Shift, and the number of positions vacant in a Shift, per each half hour.
