The Employees Website enables Employees to interact with the Organization and their fellow Employees, including viewing their Schedules (Shifts), placing requests concerning Shift preferences, Shift swaps with fellow Employees, sending and receiving messages, and so on.
To login to the Employees WebSite, goto the staff WebSite.
The Employees Homepage includes the followings:
Main Portal: View Messages received and sent, send messages, view Shift Swap Requests, and enter the Organizations Facebook
Shift Swaps Requests: View Employees Shifts in the Weekly Schedule, manage the Employees Shift Swap System, and receive Messages from the Organization, in the My Schedule tab
My Preferences: Employees place Shift Requests, for example whether they can or cannot be placed in a selected Shift, if they prefer to be placed in a selected shift, and so on
Contact Sheet: View Employees Contact Details
