With the managers app, you can access all placement data in the system, at any time and place. Get a full picture of the work schedule, including real-time information on employee attendance, who's expected to arrive for the next shift, work schedules according to employee name, and more.
View real-time attendace data, including entry and exit times, actual vs. planned work hours, and more. In addition, access all daily time management info, with the ability to make edits from anywhere.
Managers can easily manage and approve shift trades and schedule changes, directly in the app. Any changes are automatically updated in the system, with notifications sent to the relevant employees.
View individual employees and their availability requests, and make changes or edits, as necessary. Changes are immediately synchronized in the system.
New employees can be entered into the manager app, without the need to be in front of a computer. Once an employee's full details are filled in, they can immediately be included in the work schedule.
EZShift includes real-time alerts that require confirmation or approval. A range of alerts can be set, including non-arrivals, deviation in entry time vs. planned time, alerts for a shift over 12 hours, and more. Notifications can require an immediate confirmation by the manager directly in the mobile app, with updates synchronized in the system.
The app has an internal messaging system for employees to communicate directly with each other and with management. Managers can send messages to individual employees or create group messages.
